By accessing or using luvu (“the Service”), operated by Subatix Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
luvu is an experience-first relationship platform currently under development. The Service is in early access and available to a limited number of users in New York / Brooklyn. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using luvu, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User accounts and data
When you join the waitlist or complete a quiz, you provide personal information including your email address and preferences. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We will use this data solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to access other users' data, using automated tools to interact with the Service, or engaging in any activity that could harm the Service or its users.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code of the Service are the property of Subatix Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Subatix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
